REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will issue a return authorization number and provide you with instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. If you are returning a product for other reasons, you will need to cover the cost of shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process. Upon receiving your returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund. Please include photos of the damaged items to help us process the return.
